Is It Time For Your Next Chapter?

TTTThe Courage to Begin Again

The Courage To Begin Again

Hello Beautiful Friends,

March always feels like a quiet turning point to me.

The days are getting a little longer, the light feels softer, and nature gently reminds us that life is always renewing itself. It’s a beautiful invitation to pause and reflect on our own lives… and the chapters we may be ready to begin again.

If you’ve been in my world for a while, you know my story.
Years ago, I walked away from a successful corporate career to follow a pull I couldn’t ignore. At 57, I packed up my life and moved to Bali without having all the answers.

I didn’t know exactly what the next chapter would look like. I just knew I was being called toward something different… something more aligned with who I was becoming.

Since then, life has taken me on the most extraordinary journey. Leading retreats around the world, building beautiful communities of women, coaching incredible souls through their own life transitions, and continuing to reinvent myself right alongside them.

And here’s what I’ve learned along the way:

Beginning again isn’t something we do once.

It’s something we do over and over again throughout our lives.

Every new chapter asks us to listen a little more closely to ourselves. To question what no longer fits. To trust the quiet voice inside that whispers, there’s more for you.

So many women feel that pull… but stay where they are.

Not because they lack courage or ability, but because comfort can feel safer than alignment. We convince ourselves that it’s easier to stay the same, even when we know something deeper is calling us forward.

This is actually the heart of the work I do.

Through coaching, retreats, and now retreat consulting, I have the privilege of supporting women who are standing at the edge of a new chapter — whether that means reinventing their lives, rediscovering themselves, or stepping into something they’ve been dreaming about for years.

Recently, I’ve also begun guiding other women who feel called to become retreat leaders themselves. Helping them bring their own visions to life and create meaningful experiences for others is incredibly fulfilling and feels like such a natural evolution of my work.

And the truth is… I’m still beginning again too.

Life continues to expand in beautiful ways. I’m currently developing more retreats within the United States, including shorter wellness experiences in California this September and October for women who want a powerful reset, renewal, or transformation without needing to travel internationally.

Because sometimes what we need most is simply space…
space to breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and remember what truly matters.

I believe with my whole heart that our lives are not meant to become smaller with time.

They are meant to deepen, expand, and become more meaningful as we grow.

No matter your age, your past, or the chapter you’re currently in, you are always allowed to begin again.

And sometimes the life you’re dreaming about isn’t waiting years from now…

It’s waiting for one brave decision.

A Question for You to Reflect On

If you allowed yourself to truly begin again in this season of your life…
what would you change, create, explore, or say yes too?
Sometimes simply asking the question opens a door we didn’t even realize was waiting for us.

A Few Opportunities If Your Heart Is Calling

If Greece has been whispering to you, there is still a small window of opportunity to join us. There are just a few spots remaining for the Goddess Rising Retreat in Greece this May and June, and registration will be closing by May 1st. You can get the details here: https://www.cheryldavenport.com/greece-2026

These retreats are truly something special — a beautiful blend of stunning Greek islands, incredible food and wine, cultural experiences, meaningful conversations, laughter, and the kind of sisterhood that often becomes lifelong friendship.

If you’ve been thinking about it… this might be your moment.

And if you’re feeling called to begin again in a different way, my private coaching is always available for women who are ready to explore what their next chapter could look like and want guidance, support, and accountability along the way.  Book your complimentary discovery call here: http://www.cheryldavenport.com

I’ll also be sharing more soon about a few shorter wellness retreats in California this September and October — perfect for women who are craving a meaningful reset but may not have time for an international trip.

Wherever you are in your journey, I hope you remember this:

You are never too late.
You are never too old.
And your next chapter is still waiting to be written.

With love,
Cheryl

Staying Human in Uncertain Times

Dear Beautiful Ones,

I’ve gone back and forth about writing this.

This space — my newsletter, my work, my online presence — has always been a place of connection, healing, reflection, and possibility. It’s not where I share political opinions or engage in outrage. And yet, it feels disingenuous not to acknowledge what so many of us are quietly carrying right now.

There is a lot happening in our world — and especially in our country — that feels unsettling, heartbreaking, and deeply confusing. Many of us are living under a constant hum of stress, uncertainty, division, fear, and grief. Add to that the recent exposures of abuse, exploitation, and betrayal of trust — particularly toward women and young girls — and it can feel unbearable at times.

I want you to know this first and foremost: If you feel shaken, distracted, emotional, or angry, please know this isn’t a sign that something is wrong with you. It’s a sign that you are aware, compassionate, and awake.

Lately, I’ve noticed there are moments (like today) when I just want to cry — not because I’m falling apart, but because my heart feels full of grief and helplessness. There are things happening in the world that I cannot fix, protect, or make sense of, and that can feel incredibly heavy. If you’ve felt that too, please know you’re not alone in it.

So the question I’ve been sitting with is this:
How do we stay human, compassionate, grounded, and connected in times like these?

Here are a few gentle reflections I offer — not as answers, but as anchors.

1. We acknowledge the impact — without drowning in it.
Pretending nothing is happening doesn’t protect us. But neither does consuming every headline or detail. Awareness matters — and so do boundaries. It’s okay to say, “I know enough for today.”

2. We tend to our nervous systems.
When the world feels chaotic, the body feels it first. Slower mornings, fewer inputs, time in nature, breath, movement, touch, rest. These are not luxuries — they are regulation. A regulated nervous system is a radical act right now.

3. We allow grief — especially the quiet kind.
Grief isn’t only about personal loss. Many of us are grieving the loss of innocence, trust, safety, and the world we thought we understood. Letting that grief move — through tears, prayer, writing, conversation, — it is part of staying open-hearted rather than hardened.

4. We choose compassion over numbness.
It can be tempting to shut down or turn away because feeling hurts. But compassion — for ourselves and others — keeps us human. Even when we don’t have solutions, presence is powerful.

5. We lean into connection and safe sisterhood.
Isolation amplifies fear. Connection soothes it. This is why women gathering, sharing, listening, and witnessing one another matters more than ever. We heal in circles, not silos.

6. We remember where our power lives.
Our power isn’t in outrage or arguments. It lives in how we show up — in our integrity, our choices, our care for one another, and the way we create small pockets of safety and love in our own corners of the world.

I don’t have all the answers. I don’t think any of us do. But I do believe this:
Staying grounded, compassionate, and connected is an act of resistance — and an act of love.

If you’re feeling tender right now, please be gentle with yourself. Stay close to what nourishes you. Reach out when you need support. And remember — you are not alone in this.

The only thing more powerful than hate is LOVE ❤️

With so much love and compassion,
Cheryl

A Year of Sisterhood, Travel & Big New Beginnings

Hi beautiful friends,

As I sit down to write this, I’m feeling so full — of gratitude, joy, and that familiar “wow… look what we lived through” feeling.

Last year was a whirlwind of travel, retreats, and family, and I wanted to pause for a moment and reflect (just lightly)… because sometimes we move so fast, we forget to celebrate how far we’ve come.

A little look back at 2025…

We started last January in Tulum with The Wellness Sanctuary — 10 incredible women gathered with one shared intention:
to step into the new year with health, wellness, clarity, and sisterhood.

Then came Italy, and ohhh my Italy…
In May and June I hosted a retreat along the Amalfi Coast, savoring the cuisine, the culture, the lemony air, and the breathtaking beauty that somehow never gets old.
And from there, I traveled by train across Italy down to the southern region of Puglia, where we hosted another retreat in a magical Trulli village — full of food, wine tasting, laughter, and the kind of sisterhood that makes you feel like you’ve found your people.

My Italy retreats are all about culture + culinary experiences + connection, and both groups were such a successful delight!

And then… family. 🤍
This year also brought a new son-in-law, and the most joyful extended honeymoon experience with my family (and my son’s family from Australia). Sharing Italy with them — staying in an incredible old Italian villa that once belonged to an Italian gentleman and his grandmother — was absolutely priceless. A memory I will hold in my heart forever.

I also took a 10-day scouting trip to Greece for my 2026 retreats (more on that below!) — and I was lucky enough to have two dear friends alongside me who were a huge asset in the planning… and let’s be honest… they brought the FUN. 😂
Solo travel is beautiful (and I do love it), but traveling with friends and family truly adds another layer of magic.

And then we closed out the year in Bali, which will forever be one of my favorite places on Earth. That retreat was transformational — for my guests and for me — and I never get tired of sharing that island’s healing, beauty, and energy. I spent three months there and had three different groups of friends visit, and we had an absolute blast. I really focused in on my health practices like yoga, 10,000 steps a day, IV therapy, ozone therapy, body work, energy work, breath work, lymphatic drainage and clean eating.  I returned home feeling so renewed!

Add in a handful of quick trips through California and Tennessee… and whew… it was FULL.
The kind of full that makes you grateful and tired in the best possible way.

Now… we ride into 2026 🐎🔥

As we approach the Year of the Fire Horse (beginning February 17), I can’t think of a more fitting theme for what I’m calling in.

The Fire Horse is all about:
forward momentum, courage, movement, independence, and bold new beginnings.
It’s a year that asks us to stop playing small… to trust our inner fire… and to GO.

And after spending the past week in Tulum focusing deeply on intentions for the year… I can honestly say:

I am SO excited for what’s coming.

My heart is especially full…

Because I’m stepping into a brand new chapter — I’m going to be a GiGi and I truly could not be more excited.
And my other daughter just got engaged to her sweetheart — so yes… my little family is growing…

…and so is the sisterhood.

Greece is here… and it’s going to be NEXT LEVEL 🇬🇷✨

I am beyond excited to officially add Greece to the retreat lineup this year.

There was so much interest that I created two Goddess Rising Retreats:

  • May 29 – June 8, 2026 (SOLD OUT!)

  • June 12 – June 21, 2026 (a few spots left!)

And you know me… I don’t do ordinary.

I spend hundreds of hours researching, scouting, and traveling to find the kinds of experiences that make you feel like you’re living inside a dream… so I won’t give it all away just yet 😉

But here’s a little taste…
✨ hidden sunset spots in Santorini
✨ Greek farm-to-table cooking classes with breathtaking views
✨ island time, secret beaches, and boat days you will never forget
✨ music, authentic Greek dining, and the most incredible food
✨ connection, sisterhood, and the kind of confidence you only find when you do something brave for YOU

If Greece has been on your heart… this might be your sign.

This is your year to move.
This is your year to choose yourself.
This is your year to step into your power.

Happy almost Year of the Fire Horse, my friends…
Let’s ride. 🔥🐎✨

With love & gratitude,
Cheryl

Travel Changes You… and It’s Calling

I've just returned home from 3 months in Bali, an incredible retreat year and reflecting on it all...
Travel has been the greatest teacher I’ve ever known. It’s the thing that pulls you out of your comfort zone, shows you where you’ve been playing small, and reminds you just how big and beautiful this world really is.

When you allow yourself to step outside your bubble and spend time with you—without the routines, the expectations, the noise—something shifts.
You meet new people.
You listen to stories that are not your own.
You taste flavors you’ve never imagined.
And your heart expands in ways you cannot prepare for.

Every conversation…
every unfamiliar meal…
every shared laugh with a stranger…
every unexpected turn on the road…
cracks you open a little more.

You begin to see the world differently.
You begin to see yourself differently.

And the more I travel, the more I realize we are far more alike than different.
It’s in the kindness of strangers, the warmth of shared meals, the generosity of cultures, and those quiet moments that remind you the world is still full of so much good.

You come home softer, wiser, more alive—
with a wider worldview, a more grateful heart, and a deeper love for the messy, magical diversity of this planet.

And yet… so many women tell me they’re waiting.

“After the kids are grown.”
“After I retire.”
“When I have someone to go with.”
“When life finally calms down.”
“When I win the lottery.”

But here’s the truth I’ve learned again and again:

There is no perfect time.
The time is now.
If not now… when?

Do what you love.
Say yes to the things that whisper to your soul.
Don’t look back at your life and think, “I wish I had done that.”

Take a chance on yourself.
Choose the adventure.
Let yourself live fully.

And if you’ve been dreaming of seeing the world—with a group of women who believe in living boldly, embracing joy, and saying yes to the magic of life—come join us on one of our retreats.

Let yourself receive the gifts of travel, sisterhood, and personal transformation.
You deserve it.
And the world is waiting.

Release, Realign & Refuel

Living Seasonally, Healing Deeply, and What’s Ahead

Dear Beautiful Friends,

October is here, and with it comes that gentle nudge from nature —  to slow down, soften, and surrender.

Just like the trees release their leaves, we too are called to let go. Let go of what’s no longer serving. Let go of the push, the proving, the pressure. This season invites us inward — to reflect, refuel, and realign.

In a world that rarely pauses, fall is nature’s way of reminding us that rest is not weakness, it is wisdom. Our ancestors lived in harmony with the earth’s rhythms. Their food, rest, movement, and rituals shifted with the seasons. And our bodies — wise and wild — still crave that same alignment.

Living Seasonally is a Form of Healing

When we honor the season we’re in, we create space for deep nourishment and renewal.
Here are a few gentle reminders to support you this season:

  • Eat with what's in season: Root veggies, squashes, soups, herbal teas — foods that ground and warm.

  • Honor rest: Shorter days are nature’s cue to soften. Light candles, stretch, sleep deeply.

  • Reflect & release: Journal by the fire, take long walks in the falling leaves, ask yourself — What am I ready to let go of?

  • Tend to your nervous system: Breath-work, herbal teas, take epsom salt baths, or simply stillness — let your healing be slow and sacred.

You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to release. You are allowed to bloom again — in your own season.

This Month in Retreats, Coaching & Sisterhood:

Whether you're joining me for a retreat in paradise, circling with women in Sisterhood Rising, or doing the deep 1:1 work of coaching — know this:

“Everything I offer is rooted in this truth:
You already hold the answers within — you just need the space to hear them.
When women are witnessed, supported, and deeply nourished, transformation becomes inevitable.
That’s the power of retreats and sisterhood. That’s the beauty of coming home to yourself.”

And speaking of what’s coming...

Tulum Retreat — 1 Spot Left!
I have a rare and beautiful opening for The Wellness Sanctuary Retreat in Tulum, January 9–16, 2026.
This is your chance to begin the year in a powerful way — with clarity, intention, sisterhood, and deep rejuvenation on the white sand beaches of Mexico.
I’m calling in one special woman to join us — someone grounded, open-hearted, kind, and ready to begin her year with presence and purpose. Get all the details here: https://www.cheryldavenport.com/tulum-mexico-2026

Greece Retreats Are Coming!
I’m so excited to finally announce that registration for Greece 2026 opens this week!
I’ll be hosting not one, but two retreats through the Greek islands of Paros, Santorini & Athens:

May 29 – June 8, 2026
June 12 – 21, 2026

These will open first to my past retreat guests, followed by my VIP guest list — so stay tuned for those early invitations.

The Sisterhood Rising
You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet on The Sisterhood Rising page… and that’s intentional.
I realized I couldn’t keep up with the pace of content creation while honoring what matters most: presence, travel, family, and my own wellbeing.

But make no mistake — the sisterhood is very much alive. It’s happening in real life — in the retreats, the continued connections, the heartfelt messages, the laughter, the support, and the sacred space we hold for one another.

I’ll continue hosting calls and posting when I feel inspired, but I’m releasing the need to “keep up” — because life, real sisterhood, and soul-aligned leadership don’t follow algorithms. If you ever need a sister, a soft place to land, or a private coaching session, I am here. You can email me anytime at cheryl@cheryldavenport.com

Coming February 2026…
A Retreat Sisterhood Reunion is in the works! And possibly… a very special guest flying in from Italy! 🇮🇹  Stay tuned — this will be something extraordinary.

Sending you love, grounding energy, and space to let go.
Let Fall remind you how beautiful it is to release — and how powerful it is to realign.

With all my heart,
Cheryl

Finding Sanctuary

Greetings from Bali,

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the meaning of sanctuary—not just as a place, but as a way of being. To me, sanctuary is where our soul finds peace, where our nervous system can finally exhale and recalibrate from the chaos, speed, and pressures of everyday life.

For some, sanctuary is found in the garden, on a hiking trail, a mountaintop, or by the ocean. For others, it’s in the presence of a person who offers comfort and safety. Sometimes it’s a city or a country that feels like home to your spirit—Bali has always been one of those sanctuaries for me. When I spend time here, I feel peaceful, safe, and deeply renewed.

What I’ve come to realize at this point in my life is that I need sanctuary. I need time alone to pause, to reflect, to process, and to reconnect to myself and the sacred. I need relationships that are emotionally safe, nurturing, and supportive. I no longer allow chaotic people or experiences into my world. I am mindful of the energy I consume—whether through entertainment, music, or media. Living in fight-or-flight is no longer an option for me.

Can a retreat, a sound healing session, or a yoga class offer us a healing sanctuary? Absolutely. Healing meets us where we are. Anything that brings your nervous system back into balance, that offers calmness and clarity, creates the foundation for true healing to take place. Sanctuary gives us the safe ground to release, to restore, and to rise again.

I protect my peace and well-being at all costs. Because at the end of the day, I AM my own sanctuary. And so are you.

My hope for you is that you carve out time and space for your own sanctuary—both the ones you find outside of yourself, and the one that already exists within. When we live from this place, we show up calmer, clearer, and more connected—not only to ourselves, but to everyone around us.

So I ask you… where is your sanctuary? Let me know in the comments ❤️

With much love and gratitude,

Cheryl

The Weight We Don't Talk About: Expectations

Hello my friends,

It feels so good to be back home in Mexico after an unforgettable two months abroad. I had the joy of leading three incredible retreats in Italy, (one with my wonderful family), and exploring the Greek islands on a scouting trip for next year’s adventures. I made new friends, picked up a few Greek words, and (as always) came home with some fresh life lessons. There were a lot of “firsts” on this trip — some exhilarating, some downright uncomfortable. Let’s just say international travel will stretch you in all the ways.

And it got me thinking… about expectations — the ones we pack without realizing it, and how they shape our experiences.

Let’s be real — we all carry expectations.

They get packed quietly next to our swimsuits, sunscreen, and journals… and they come with us everywhere. Into conversations. Into relationships. Even into sacred spaces like retreats and women’s circles.

We expect the trip to be smooth.
We expect to get along with everyone.
We expect to feel transformed by Day 3.
We expect the magic to show up on our timeline.

And when it doesn’t?

We question ourselves.
We question others.
We question the entire experience.

After leading dozens of retreats, here’s what I’ve learned:

Expectations live in the future cuddled up next to anxiety.
They dwell in “shoulds” and "perfectly planned scenarios.”
They come from a need for control — a way to feel safe in the unknown.

But retreats — and real growth — ask us to do the opposite.

They ask us to be here.
To trust what’s unfolding.
To surrender to the magic in the missteps.
To find beauty in the breakdown.

I’ve seen this play out over and over again…

The woman who cried for two days thinking she was failing — then had her breakthrough on Day 4.
The one who came for peace but found chaos — and met her truest self in the mess.
The woman who longed for connection, but didn’t expect the fear of being truly seen.

Sometimes the thing we’re resisting the most… is exactly what we came for.

And when we step into sisterhood, it can feel even trickier.

We expect to be accepted instantly.
We want effortless connection.
We hope there’s no awkwardness, no hard conversations, no emotional landmines.

But real sisterhood is a practice.

It asks us to:
-Communicate with care
-Own our triggers
-Take up space and make space for others
-Stay open when it would be easier to shut down
-Consider the whole, not just our part

And when we travel?  Well… definitely expect the unexpected.

The ferry leaves early.
The luggage doesn’t show up.
The weather shifts.
A casual wine tasting cracks your heart wide open.

When you release the plan, you find your presence.
You become more adaptable, more grounded, more you.
You learn resilience & resourcefulness.
You move from control to inner leadership. “I can do hard things”

So this month, I’m inviting you into something deeper:

-What invisible expectations are you carrying into your next adventure?
-What assumptions show up in your relationships or group dynamics?
-What if the real magic is hiding in the awkward, the slow, the not-what-you-planned?

This is the work we’re doing this month inside The Sisterhood Rising — and it’s the heartbeat of every retreat I create.

We’re not here to perfect the experience.
We’re here to live it — fully.

With curiosity.
With grace.
And with a willingness to let go.

With much love,
Cheryl

What's On Your Life List?

Dear Sister,

I recently watched a movie that stirred something deep in my soul—The Life List.  Have you watched it?  It’s new on Netflix and I highly recommend it as a soul stirring and thought provoking movie.🍿 Oh, and don't forget the kleenex too.
It reminded me how easily we tuck away our dreams for “someday,” and how quickly life can pass us by when we’re waiting for the perfect time. NOW is the perfect time!

What if we stopped waiting?

What if we gave ourselves permission to say yes to the big things, the small joys, the adventures, and the soul-whispers—now?

This is what I’m inviting you to explore with me this month:
What’s on your Life List?
Not a bucket list of someday things… but a living, breathing list of what your heart is craving today!

Lately, I’ve been reconnecting with some of the dreams I’d quietly tucked away… dreams that once lit my soul on fire. I’m talking about far-off travel to places I’ve only seen in my dreams,☑️ wild creativity pouring out of me without hesitation or fear, belly laughs around a campfire with women who feel like soul family, swimming naked in a moonlit lake, writing the book that’s been whispering to me for years, tending a garden that feeds both body and spirit, slow dancing in the rain just because it feels good, and yes—feeling true, heart-opening love and partnership again. These aren't just fantasies. They are soul desires. And I believe they show up when we’re finally ready to meet them. I’m ready. I’m opening my heart, choosing courage over comfort, and inviting you to do the same.

✨ What experiences call to you?
✨ What parts of yourself are ready to be expressed?
✨ What dreams have been patiently waiting for you to say, “I’m ready”?

✨What dreams did you have as a child?

Whether it's dancing under the moonlight, writing your book, taking that solo trip, learning a new language, or simply feeling more alive in your everyday life—this is your invitation to begin.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

Join me for our next Sisterhood Rising Circle on Friday, May 3rd at 9:00am PST, where we’ll dive into the theme of “The Life List—Living, Not Just Dreaming.”

We’ll journal, reflect, connect, and each leave with one inspired step toward a life more fully lived. I even have a really fun bit of ‘homework’ for you, if you're up for it!

Let’s stop postponing joy. Let’s dive head first into the life that’s been waiting for us.

PS. If Bali is on your Life List I have a few spots available for our 2025 retreat, “A Woman’s Journey Back to Herself” You can get all the details here 👉 www.cheryldavenport.com/retreats

I Wish I'd Known This Sooner

Hello dear friends,

If you missed the kick off call for The Sisterhood Rising I’ve done a little recap for you.  We had 25 incredible women on the call, we laughed, we cried, and we connected deeply to each other. My heart is full. 💖
It was a vulnerable share but I felt like I needed to share a little bit of my back story...

My Story: From Feeling Stuck to Creating a Life I Love

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, alone, or unsure of what’s next. But I also know what’s possible when you surround yourself with the right people and have support!

In 2015, on the outside, my life looked incredible. I had a beautiful home on three acres, a great corporate job, financial security, and my daughters were living their own amazing lives. But I felt empty and out of alignment with my purpose. I had played it safe for far too long.  I was stuck, unsure of who I was or what I wanted next.

A pivotal moment came when I went through a painful breakup. I had built a life that demanded I work two jobs just to sustain it. Was this really it? Was this what I was meant to do until retirement? Overwhelmed, heartbroken and exhausted, I knew I needed a major shift.

So, I did something radical. I booked a solo 17-day trip to Thailand and Bali. That trip changed everything. I fell in love with Bali and started a side hustle—a clothing business. Five trips and two years later, in 2017, I took the leap. I left my job, sold my home, and moved to Bali with just two suitcases.

That year became a deep journey of self-discovery. Yoga, meditation, healers, therapy, workshops, coaching—I treated my healing like a full-time job. Those first two years I also built my clothing business, got my coaching accreditation, and hosted my first retreat in 2019. I was on my way…or so I thought.

Then 2020 hit. The world shut down. I returned to the U.S. with no home, no job, no income, and no plan. I had to start over. Fear was a constant companion, but I kept moving forward. I built my coaching business, moved to Mexico, and started planning my next retreats. I lived with one foot on the gas and one on the brakes for years. But mindset work, intention, action and lots of meditation helped me push through. Faith + Action = Miracles

Fast forward to 2025: I now lead retreats in Bali, Italy, Mexico, and Greece, coach women through major life changes, and split my time between Mexico, Bali, and Italy. But there was still one thing missing—a way to support women beyond the retreats, to help them continue their growth and connection and to support the women that may not be able to join us on retreat.

That’s why I created The Sisterhood Rising.

Doing It Scared, Doing It Awkward, Doing It Anyway!

How do you want to FEEL in 2025?

Your energy is everything. Have you ever met someone who lights up the room without saying a word? Or someone who leaves you feeling drained? That’s energy. Everything is energy. It’s either flowing or resistant.  When your energy aligns with your desires, you become a magnet for what you want. That is why we need to focus on the FEELING.

Let’s align with that energy now:

  • Think of a time when you felt the way you want to feel in 2025 or a moment you felt so much gratitude. Let yourself sink into that memory. Feel it.

  • What made you feel that way? What can you do more of?

  • Meditation can help shift your energy. Even 10 minutes a day can take your foot off the brake and allow flow into your life.

If you fully trusted yourself, what bold move would you make this year?

Why are we not all doing this and what gets in the way?

Fear & Limiting Beliefs:

Fear can paralyze us. The bigger the dream, the bigger the fear, the more we grow. We grow to size.  Can I share something…I’ve wanted to create this Sisterhood since 2019. What took me so long? Fear! But I’m doing it scared anyway. And that’s okay. You don’t have to do it alone. When 1 woman makes it and pushes through her fear she makes room for other women to come with her!  It’s not ‘look at me, it’s come with me’!

Ask yourself:

  • Where do I feel the most resistance?

  • Is this fear really true?

  • What’s one small step I can take?

Your thoughts create your results. Circumstance ➔ Thoughts ➔ Feelings ➔ Actions ➔ Results. Shift your thoughts, shift your life.
